Senior Frontend Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications.

This role involves taking ownership of complex projects, architecting front-end solutions, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple technical projects and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in front-end development, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
