Logistics Division Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our logistics division as an Assistant Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, onboard, and retain new members to deliver continuous value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member queries, suggestions, and industry representation needs.
  • Track policy developments, regulatory updates, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop recommendations under supervision, leveraging expertise in management, economics, public policy, or international business.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact conferences, summits, trade delegations, and roundtables, driving growth and engagement.
  • Pursue sponsorships and partnerships to support program objectives, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, speaker coordination, and content development to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with research partners on sectoral research reports, whitepapers, and case studies, enhancing thought leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, International Business, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in industry associations, consulting, or sector-specific business development.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, policy environment, and stakeholder ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in sponsorship mobilization and relationship building is essential.
