Senior UX Strategist

We are seeking an experienced UX designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles is essential for delivering impactful solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product owners, PMs, and developers is crucial.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills are necessary to solve complex design problems.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to present work across different disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes, including AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex design challenges and impactful solutions.
  • Create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively is essential.
