Job Description

As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a designated area within our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

You will be tasked with managing investigations and field verifications, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set standards. Additionally, you will verify the authenticity of documents through pre-disbursement sample checks and conduct post-disbursement borrower visits to guarantee compliance and accuracy.

A significant aspect of this role is regular monitoring of RCU agencies to mitigate risks associated with outsourced processes. You will be expected to maintain and share MIS reports at approved intervals, ensuring data integrity and process adherence through audits.

Your expertise in fraud surveillance and internal investigations will be critical in staying abreast of the latest trends and providing updates to relevant departments.
