About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and cleanse raw data for downstream processing, ensuring its quality and integrity.
  • Design and implement accurate, scalable, and efficient prediction algorithms that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to transition analytical prototypes into production-ready systems.
  • Develop actionable insights to drive business improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in quantitative analytics, data modeling, or applied machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, classification techniques, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and knowledge of C/C++/Java is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with big data frameworks and cloud environments such as Hadoop, Spark, GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
