About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and have a strong understanding of Scrum principles. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting transparency within the team.
You will work closely with the development team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and facilitate continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles and address issues or conflicts that impede the development team's progress or productivity.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and project requirements.
- Utilize Project Management Tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, to support project management and collaboration.
- Support and guide the team in adopting agile engineering practices, including test-driven development and automated testing.
- Experience in utilizing Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficiency in applying a wide variety of patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
