We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Media Specialist to join our team at Housr. As a Visual Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in capturing the premium essence of our properties and events through stunning photography and videography. You will work closely with our marketing team to create visually appealing content that will drive interest and engagement from our target audience.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Photograph and film Housr properties, both interior and exterior, highlighting their key features and unique selling points.
  • Create captivating videos and virtual tours of properties to enhance the online listing experience.
  • Capture high-quality images and videos of Housr's community events, showcasing the atmosphere and excitement.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet Housr's quality & branding standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative content strategies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and drones.
  • Strong knowledge of photo and video editing software of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, LightRoom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
