Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to design process from concept exploration to implementation, working closely with the team.
  • Utilize modern design tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Execute product design from start to finish.
  • Presentation and communication of designs to build consensus around concepts.
  • Collaborate effectively with other UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams for smooth design implementation.
Requirements
  • Proven UI or visual design experience, with a portfolio showcasing human-centered design principles.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience in creating and managing design assets for multi-platform products.
  • Comfortable experimenting with new design technologies, including AI-based usability testing and research tools.
  • Ownership mindset to manage projects and meet deliverables on time.
  • Strong structural design thinking skills.
