Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

  • Process and dispatch customer invoices in a timely manner.

You will also accurately apply customer payments in NetSuite and monitor outstanding receivables, following up as needed to ensure timely collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoicing and Payments
  2. Customer Support and Reporting
  3. Record Maintenance and Collaboration

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP for cash application and record maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for handling inquiries from and coordinating with US customers.
  • A detail-oriented and organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
