Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for coordinating with project architects, structural, MEP, landscape, environmental, and façade consultants to plan and design high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Excellent design coordination with project architects, structural, MEP, landscape, environmental, and façade consultants for planning and designing high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
  2. Coordinating with legal, liaisoning, marketing, and sales departments to provide necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments, area statements, etc.
  3. Coordinating with various agencies to obtain NOCs for sanctioning work.
  4. Producing detailed drawings for the execution team on time, monitoring, and coordinating with the project team for smooth execution of work. Site checking and site coordination for projects.
  5. Documentation, fair knowledge of NBC, local government body building rules, fire norms, environment norms, RERA, and its documentation, master plans, land use, and zoning.
  6. Reviewing construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolving them on the drawing board with all consultants involved.
  7. Coordination with the site team, vendors/contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.
  8. Managing and maintaining drawing deliverable records and safeguarding project drawings and documents.
  9. Producing detailed blueprints and making necessary corrections and compiling project specifications and keeping within budgets and timelines.
  10. Following the latest materials, architectural trends, and advancements, and understanding all aspects of the design.
