Job Title: Financial Strategist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing direct tax strategies that optimize our financial position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive tax plans to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
  • Research and interpret complex tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and review direct tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Manage tax audits and coordinate responses with relevant authorities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian direct tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and handling tax audits.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to interpret complex tax legislation.
