Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Branded Generics (BGx) business across international markets. As a Senior Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans tailored to products/countries.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to BGx international markets being a significant plus.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with country managers, sales teams, regulatory, and medical teams across geographies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute brand strategies and marketing plans that meet business objectives.
  • Marketing Support: Prepare promotional and training materials tailored to local markets, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business targets.
  • Tool Development: Build marketing tools and promotional assets aligned with brand goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in the market.
  • New Product Launch: Drive growth for existing portfolios and launch new products efficiently.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration, as well as a deep understanding of International BGx or emerging market dynamics.
