SAP S4HANA Finance Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4HANA Finance Functional Engineer with a specialization in S/4 Controlling to join our team at McCain Foods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document controlling configuration requirements.
- Solution Design: Understand the landscape and solutions utilized in our regions to support Product Costing, Cost Planning, Cost Center Analysis, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing.
- Configuration and Implementation: Maintain and implement configuration changes to the S4HANA design to support requirements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios and conduct thorough testing to validate the accuracy and completeness of SAP S4HANA Finance configurations in compliance with Controlling requirements.
- Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to technology teams, providing technical support to drive informed decision-making. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other departments impacted by Controlling requirements.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional and design documentation, to capture requirements and configurations completed for S4HANA and surrounding systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with changes in the S/4 landscapes and evaluate impacts on SAP Finance solutions. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- SAP S4HANA Certifications: Must possess certifications and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Extensive Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP and surrounding systems support for S/4 Controlling and Product Costing items, with a particular emphasis on SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization.
- Global Manufacturing Expertise: Extensive experience working on large-scale Global Manufacturing projects, demonstrating the ability to navigate complexities and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Finance Principles: Comprehensive knowledge of finance principles and best practices, coupled with proficiency in utilizing finance tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to instill complex technical and financial information into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project Management: Strong project and change management capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities and delivering excellence under pressure.
- Problem-Solving: Independent and tactical approach to problem-solving, coupled with a collaborative mindset conducive to building professional relationships and working effectively in team environments.
