Director of Operations Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Director of Operations to join our organization.

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide insight into key performance indicators such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to refine and implement operational dashboards and tools.
  • Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Track and follow up on agreed actions, serving as the "ops conscience" of the organization for Field Support & Capability Building.
  • Provide support during the onboarding process for new Cluster Managers and Center Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Visibility: Build and own operational dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility into performance metrics.
  2. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with tech and product teams to refine and rollout ops dashboards or tools.
  3. Governance and Compliance: Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
  4. Action Tracking and Follow-up: Track and follow through on agreed actions, serving as the "ops conscience" of the organization.
  5. Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process for new Cluster Managers and Center Managers.
