Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic brand leader to drive the growth of a new food brand.

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition across digital, retail, direct-to-consumer, and marketplaces.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end brand initiatives, ensure strong consumer connection, and deliver business impact.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a creative and analytical approach to building and scaling a new brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the foods, personal care, or home care categories.

  • Develop and Implement Brand Strategy: Create a compelling brand story, define the target audience, and develop key messaging.
  • Drive Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR, and OOH campaigns to reach the target audience.
  • Manage Consumer and Market Research: Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and use insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective brand messaging and campaign execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the foods, personal care, or home care categories.
  • Graduate/MBA degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in building brands on D2C and marketplaces, working with agencies/creators, managing campaigns, and handling budgets.
