Lead Instructional Design and Visual Design Teams

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Product Education team.

As a critical group within the company, this team is responsible for delivering implementation-focused product training to customers, partners, and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of Instructional Designers and Visual Designers to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Ensuring courses are well-scoped and delivered on time with high quality.
  • Implementing a course development strategy aligned with business goals and values.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance student learning, satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback into course improvements and continuously assess and refine course creation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Instructional Design or Visual Design experience, as well as a minimum of 7 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

You should have experience working with a globally distributed team, building strong cross-functional relationships, and implementing and optimizing course development processes.
