We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in ensuring timely compliance with regulations for brands fulfilling their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) targets for plastic and e-waste.
About the Role- Ensure brand compliance with existing rules and regulations
- Standardize formats according to government, brand, or regulatory requirements
- Document collections and verification as per commitment given to brands
- Proactive follow-ups with key brands and stakeholders associated with our organization
- Maintain a keen eye for details, especially in compliance-related documentation
- Coordinate multiple teams on-field and off-field
- Boost team efficiency by building optimized completion processes
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Pursue strategic and operational objectives actively
- Ensure operational activities are on time and aligned with defined goals
- Track staffing needs, hiring new employees as required
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a demanding environment, including career development plans and problem resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve implementation processes
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
