Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Expert to join our team.

  • Support the delivery of complex transformation programs within the data portfolio.
  • Work with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that serve customer needs.
  • Perform business change, functional, and non-functional requirements elicitation and analysis across stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts for development teams.
  • Understand the end-to-end user journey beyond system capabilities.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis including naming logical entities, attributes, physical tables, columns, definitions, and data types.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience 4-10 years.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and translating high-level functional or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), creating and delivering high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards.
  • Maintain quality metadata and data-related artifacts accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid.
  • Individual contributor with good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • A team player with self-starter approach, sense of ownership, problem solver with solution-seeking approach, and ability to work in fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills capable of building rapport and relationships.
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and assist business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver projects.
  • Other Skills: SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferable).
