Job Summary

As a key member of the NOV Inc team, the Receptionist will provide exceptional administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for internal employees, telephone inquiries, and office visitors/guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and conference arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the business, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, safety equipment, and other materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain the travel desk.
  • Update and maintain notice boards.
  • Manage Kronos Power User for Pune, including new register, Biomatrix clocking, and overtime calculation.
  • Assist IT with local Level 1 support, including network troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, and printer maintenance.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree from any stream.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk officer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
