Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
As a key member of the NOV Inc team, the Receptionist will provide exceptional administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for internal employees, telephone inquiries, and office visitors/guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and conference arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the business, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, safety equipment, and other materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain the travel desk.
- Update and maintain notice boards.
- Manage Kronos Power User for Pune, including new register, Biomatrix clocking, and overtime calculation.
- Assist IT with local Level 1 support, including network troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, and printer maintenance.
Education and Experience Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree from any stream.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk officer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
