Accounts Payable Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Management Specialist to oversee our end-to-end Accounts Payable function.

• Manage AP Operations: Ensure timely and accurate processing of domestic and import invoices in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Lifecycle Management: Oversee vendor onboarding, payment terms negotiation, dispute resolution, and reconciliation.
• Fixed Asset Accounting: Supervise the capitalization, physical verification, tagging, depreciation, and asset retirement process.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure proper accounting and compliance for GST and TDS on vendor transactions.
• Prepaid Expenses: Monitor prepaid expenses and ensure systematic amortization and reporting.
• Financial Closure: Review and approve month-end and year-end provisions.
• Aging Analysis: Perform aging analysis of accounts payable and manage working capital.
• Leadership: Lead and support audit processes, drive process improvements, and mentor the AP team.
