We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to excel in our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our operations.
  2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements is a key responsibility to meet applicable standards.
  3. Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances is essential for maintaining a transparent and reliable financial system.
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Companies Act, etc.) by adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  5. Prepare and coordinate for statutory, tax, and internal audits to maintain transparency and accountability.
  6. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails to ensure seamless tracking and analysis.
  7. Provide monthly MIS reports to management (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  8. Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation to ensure smooth cash flow and optimal resource allocation.
  9. Monitor receivables, credit terms, and follow up for collections to maintain healthy relationships with clients.
  10. Maintain aging reports and ensure working capital discipline to avoid liquidity risks.
