STEM Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented STEM Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining high-quality data for our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the AI model, identifying errors, inaccuracies, or areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.
  • Stay updated with advancements and common curriculum standards in your respective STEM field to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field from a premier institution.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in a wide range of topics within your subject, covering syllabi for competitive exams and major undergraduate curricula.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in competitive exams.
  • Experience with AI/ML feedback and familiarity with providing structured feedback for AI models or large language models.
