About This Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires the ability to drive transformative initiatives and elevate employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management, delivery management, and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the vision, strategy, and execution of complex projects that deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess progress on high-priority projects.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to address challenges on multifaceted initiatives.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Direct and mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through coaching and development planning.
  • Effectively guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption of new initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience, including 4+ years of direct people management experience.
  • 1+ year in transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.

  • Understanding of product team practices.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-geographical teams.
