Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead - SAP ABAP Development to drive the delivery of top-notch solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong background in WebDynpro and UI5. They should have hands-on experience with SAP implementation and roll-out projects, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing high-quality ABAP code in SAP implementation and support/upgrade projects.
  • Understanding functional specifications, preparing technical specifications, developing code, and unit testing.
  • Collaborating with the functional team to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Providing production support by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, developing and testing fixes, and migrating solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of developers in delivering SAP-based solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in SAP implementation/support project.
  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP, WebDynpro, and UI5.
  • Expertise in one or multiple functional modules from a programming perspective.
  • In-depth understanding of development life cycles.
  • Ability to work in a distributed delivery and diversified team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
