Technical Estate Manager

We seek a highly skilled Technical Estate Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and technical management of our premium properties across India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Facilities & Estate Management:
      • Oversight of daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of personal and hospitality properties.
      • Single point of contact for all estate-related issues.
    • Technical Oversight & Maintenance:
      • Ensuring timely maintenance and smooth functioning of technical utilities and infrastructure, including diesel generators, electrical systems, lifts, water pumps, firefighting systems, HVAC systems, and surveillance systems.
      • Regular inspections and audits of equipment and systems.
    • Staff Supervision & Coordination:
      • Leading and managing a team of house managers at different properties.
      • Performance standards and execution of duties monitoring.
      • Providing training and technical guidance to on-site teams as required.
    • Vendor & Contractor Management:
      • Liaising with service vendors, technical contractors, and AMC providers.
      • Evaluating performance and ensuring timely service delivery within agreed SLAs.
      • Negotiating service agreements and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Budgeting & Cost Control:
      • Maintenance budgets preparation, expenditures tracking, and cost-effective operations management.
      • Upgrades, refurbishments, and major repairs recommendation when necessary.
    • Project Management:
      • Managing renovation and addition projects, including civil, electrical, and other works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, in-depth technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential and personal properties.

Desired Candidate:

  • 15 years of relevant experience in private estate/property/facilities management.
  • Degree in Engineering with proven expertise in technical maintenance and managing high-end residential properties.
  • High technical proficiency and leading teams, managing multiple sites simultaneously.
