We're looking for a skilled Process Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming industries through innovation and digitalization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and solving queries related to cash application and customer coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
