Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing vendor onboarding, liaising with finance for compliance, releasing RFQs, creating cost comparison analysis, ensuring contract compliance, and preparing procurement reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner onboarding, including vendor research, evaluation, and liaison with local and international vendors.
  • Liaise with finance for compliance around orders processed and ensure due diligence and audit trail is available on all orders.
  • Release RFQs, create cost comparison analysis, and negotiate contracts in accordance with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and possess good judgment in determining terms and conditions for agreements.
  • Closely work with internal AP team and approval authorities.
  • Work in rotational shifts to cover APAC and US Central time zones.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in procurement or global sourcing.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, Oracle, MS Office, and e-procurement tools.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers, as well as good communication and writing skills.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is ₹8,00,000-₹12,00,000 based on location, experience, and qualifications.
