As a senior graphic designer, your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing innovative ideas for various client briefs, working with copywriters and strategists to brainstorm and push boundaries, and collaborating with the larger design team to visually develop great campaign work.

Your role will involve presenting ideas and work to stakeholders and decision makers, managing the successful completion of all integrated creative projects (print & digital), establishing and communicating schedules to deliver projects on time, adapting and refining layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines, implementing design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency, and staying updated on brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across all projects.

An ideal candidate for this role will have 3+ years of experience in design at an advertising or marketing agency, proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, a well-curated work portfolio, experience presenting work to clients at meetings and receiving feedback, the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests, and great verbal and written communication skills.
