Job Summary

At ADCI HYD 13 SEZ, we're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager II to lead our Amazon Flex program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain program quality and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Help build reporting mechanisms, identify opportunities, establish mitigation processes, respond to executive escalations, and work with cross-functional partners to communicate issues and progress.
  • Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
  • Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions.
  • Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.
  • Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
  • Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks).
  • Work with program managers, business leaders, and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
  • Drive effective investigations on executive/leadership/BOPs escalations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A Day in the Life

As a Program Manager II in this role, you will be responsible for the Flex IN SLS program. You will work closely with IN Flex and Operational business partners to support and proactively identify business problems and ongoing process improvement opportunities through SLS support where possible. You will monitor IN SLS metrics on a regular basis to identify trends or process improvement opportunities. You will ensure that we are insisting on the highest standard for the experience of the driver while developing SLS programs to support the evolving Flex program. You will also work closely with WW SLS team and other key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
