Content Creator Role

Job Title: Content Producer

We are seeking a highly creative and self-driven professional who can own the ideation, scripting, and production of engaging content for our brand. This individual will work closely with writers, editors, designers, and the strategy team to create compelling and relevant content that meets audience needs.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation, knows what works, and is obsessed with creating high-quality content. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create original video concepts tailored to our brand's niche and audience.
  2. Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. Lead the process from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  4. Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  5. Write clickbait-free titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails that accurately represent our content.
  6. Track video metrics and retention analytics. Make data-backed decisions to improve future content.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  3. Deep understanding of content algorithms, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  4. Familiarity with tools like video editing software, project management tools, etc.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.
