Job Title: Oracle SCM Consultant

Description:

This is a role that requires end-to-end involvement in the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management applications.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules and strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, Development, and Implementation: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).

Key Requirements:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud.
  • Domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries.
  • Oracle certifications in SCM.
