Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead our team of Video Bankers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15 to 20 individuals and ensuring they deliver high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of Video Bankers to achieve productivity, quality, cross-sell, and customer retention targets.
  • Escalated Calls: Handle escalated customer calls with end-to-end resolution.
  • Business Targets: Achieve business targets for the team, including overall achievement of business target and timely completion of VKYC within TAT for Digital Deposits (CASA/TD).
  • Customer Service: Ensure team adherence to service TATs and SLAs, improve first call resolution, and handle customer escalations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training gaps and ensure team members are up-to-date with products and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills to manage a team of Video Bankers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to handle escalated customer calls and provide guidance to team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and achieve business targets.
  • Knowledge of Products and Procedures: In-depth knowledge of banking products and procedures to train and develop team members.
