About Us

We are a rapidly growing enterprise looking for an innovative and meticulous Graphic Designer to contribute to our design team. Our ideal candidate is someone who not only understands visual aesthetics but also knows what drives successful advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performing static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rates, return on ad spend, and conversions.
  • Create product packaging designs that align with the brand's identity and appeal to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling visuals across digital and print formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sectors.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
