As a key player in our organization, the Front Desk Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and document management.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
- Any bachelor's degree.
- 3 – 5 years of work experience.
- Presentable, excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
