We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic R&D group, responsible for planning, designing, and developing new features and capabilities for our microservices backend.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving existing infrastructure, tools, and workflows, as well as ensuring quality software delivery through automated component testing, end-to-end testing, and performance testing.

A strong background in cloud technologies, preferably AWS, is essential, along with expertise in microservices architecture, including REST APIs and message queues. Proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases, leveraging data modeling solutions for scalability and performance, is also required.

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering from a leading university and a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Software/Backend Engineer in Python. Experience in CI/CD environments, Infrastructure as Code development, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
