About This Role:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Service Ambassador to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management systems.
- Accurately manage room assignments and reservations, ensuring guest preferences are met.
- Promptly respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests for resolution.
- Closely coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Upsell resort services and amenities to elevate the guest experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems, such as IDS or Opera.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- A pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and customer-service oriented approach.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
