Dynamic Systems Developer Position

The role is to develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain D365 F&O solutions using X++. Ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations in line with business needs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing code for performance and scalability issues.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through deployment and support.
  • Establish and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as:
  • Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISVs like Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
