• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices.
• 3-6 years of experience in data engineering/AI development roles, with a proven track record of success and adaptability in rapidly evolving environments.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience developing AI agents or LLM-based automation systems, demonstrating expertise in the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions.
• Proven experience designing data architectures that support AI operations, showcasing a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and business strategy.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with a focus on AI/ML libraries and frameworks, as well as experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings for AI applications, including knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
