Job Title: Data Engineer
Experience:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using AWS Cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Lambda, DMS, and Glue, with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and practical experience using Snowflake.
- Snowflake Stored Procedures: Develop and optimize stored procedures to implement complex business logic and data transformations.
- Apache Airflow: Manage and monitor scheduled data workflows.
- Data Quality Checks: Implement and maintain robust data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of all delivered datasets and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL scripting.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements.
- Familiarity with data quality best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
