As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination with field teams and stakeholders. Your key duties will include:
- Managing shipment of urgent materials, providing suggestions for non-available spare parts, and facilitating lift shutdown material procurement from nearest locations or stores.
- Coordinating daily GRN (Goods Received Note) and issue of LSD (Lift Shutdown) materials received from NSC (National Service Center) on an immediate basis.
- Raising requests for non-available OM (Maintenance) materials on NSC through ST (Stock) orders in JDE and sending follow-up emails for updates.
- Approving unknown IMR (Internal Material Request) applications with correct or alternative part numbers, forwarding to NSC approver for job-specific part numbers, and shipping materials to other locations or stores as required.
You will also be responsible for providing materials shipment plans to runners, issuing materials to field runners and supervisors, monitoring day-to-day store activities, performing PIC (Physical Inventory Count), sending MIS reports daily, and maintaining overall responsibility for the warehouse.
In addition, your role will involve creating ST orders for non-DRP parts not picked up in DRP, sending LSD reports to all CSEs (Customer Service Engineers) and Area Managers, reviewing SIT reports, and updating scrap collection details to concerned departments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
