Job Title: Global Security Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Security Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying and managing risks, creating standard operating procedures, and providing emergency support to clients during crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage international travel operations and risk mitigation projects worldwide.
  • Develop strong relationships with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication during emergencies and routine operations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of security procedures and protocols to inform risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze mission data and update work management software to optimize operations and improve client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed written and verbal situation briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging threats.
  • Conduct research to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Evaluate post-mission debriefs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

  • Demonstrated operational thinking and decision-making skills with experience working under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with global events in the security and geopolitical landscape.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant education or experience in a related field is an asset but not mandatory.

Work Arrangements:

  • Rotating schedule with two days off per week.
  • Shifts include morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
