  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop innovative product concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
  • Execute marketing plans, improve operational processes, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches.
  • Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
  • 'Results-driven' mindset with out-of-the-box thinking, high initiative, and ownership.
  • Creativity, passion, flexibility, persistence, effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills.
