A Day in the Life

As Legal Counsel, you will advise various business verticals and functions on legal issues, interpret laws and regulations, and specify internal governance policies. You will also communicate and interact with external parties, creating relations of trust, and draft, vet, and negotiate various contracts, MoUs, LoIs, and other legal documents to ensure and protect the company's legal rights. Additionally, you will review Tender documents, advertisement material from a legal perspective, and maintain current knowledge of amendments in laws and regulations.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

LLB or Master's degree and having 6-9 years of PQE, largely as an in-house counsel, or practicing lawyer. Preferably from Pharma or Medical Device industry. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information. Excellent communication and team skills.
