We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our data-driven product development.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. They must be skilled at translating business needs into innovative data products, possessing strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Product Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to create scalable data products.
  • Data Strategy: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, advanced analytics integration, and process improvement.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, from inception to execution, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • AI/ML Optimization: Leverage AI/ML models to optimize product offerings and enhance decision-making.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across all data-related initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and drive improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Data Platforms: Strong knowledge of data platforms, big data technologies, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL pipelines for data management and transformation.
  • Product Lifecycle: Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, including agile methodologies.
  • Business Intelligence: Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques.
  • AI/ML Concepts: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and data monetization strategies.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud technologies are a plus.

  • Proven track record of managing data-driven products with high impact.
  • Ability to drive innovation in data infrastructure and AI-powered solutions.
