About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Solutions Architect with expertise in building and deploying scalable GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on AI/ML engineering skills with the ability to design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, optimize AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Building and managing data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Developing Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Applying best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
