  • Proven experience as a process analyst or in a related field, preferably with a focus on standards and governance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
