Job Description:

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Peoplesoft solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to our clients on the use of Peoplesoft software.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Peoplesoft solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide training and support to our clients on the use of Peoplesoft software.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure that Peoplesoft solutions are properly implemented and integrated with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Peoplesoft product releases and features to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in Peoplesoft implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft software and its various modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
