2D Animation Instructor Position

We are seeking a skilled 2D animation instructor to join our faculty team. As a 2D animation instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of design by delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our programs. You will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor the next generation of designers while contributing to the advancement of the field through your teaching, research, and creative work.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach topics in 2D animation and syllabus provided by the organization
2. Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore their creativity, develop their technical skills, and push the boundaries of design
3. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their projects, helping them to refine their ideas, develop their design solutions, and achieve their learning objectives
4. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and integrate relevant topics and tools into the curriculum
5. Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to continuously improve the quality of the graphic design programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Teaching experience in the same industry is an add-on
2. Candidates with relevant professional experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply
3. A Master's degree or higher in 2D Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
4. Knowledge in 2D - Software Flash or Animate
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds

2. Competitive salary range: $25,500.00 - $50,000.00 per month
