Job Opportunity:

As a data analyst, you will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to business operations by analyzing complex data and proposing innovative solutions.

  • Engage in insightful data analysis and communicate key findings to senior team members
  • Analyze metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Support project kickoff activities, including documentation and coordination
  • Prepare meeting materials and take detailed notes
  • Present key findings and updates to internal project teams
  • Manage and update work plans to support overall project timelines
Becoming Part of Our Team:
  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement in a team-based environment is preferred
  • We prefer candidates with experience in healthcare operations or consulting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is necessary
  • Strong communication skills in English are required
  • Critical thinking and analytical mindset; attention to detail
  • This role requires being located in or near Bangalore and available for in-office work
