Job Opportunity:

  • As a Project Design Coordinator, you will serve as an extension of the design team at the region by providing local insight during the project development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in the design process by providing local support including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research, data collection, and benchmarking studies.

  • Your duties will include documenting all design fidelity and quality issues in reports and escalating when necessary.
  • You will analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  • This role requires collaboration with the local team and central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries.
